payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars. All payments are accepted via PayPal. Your order will be shipped only once full payment is received.

shipping for Canadian & International orders

All orders ship via Canada Post within three business days. If an item becomes out of stock or backordered, we will notify you and you will have the opportunity to change your order. All orders over $50 to Canadian addresses receive free shipping. Please select the $0.00 shipping option at checkout.

shipping for U.S. orders

All orders over $50 to U.S.A. addresses receive free shipping. Please select the $0.00 shipping option at checkout. All orders under $50 shipping to the U.S. qualify for flat rate shipping for $10 Canadian. If you would like to order only one or two items and do not wish to pay the flat $10 fee, we suggest you shop from our Etsy shop instead. Orders shipping to the United States ship on Wednesdays via United States Postal Service from New York State.

We do not disclose any personal information given to us except when required by law. Any information submitted by you to Dot & Lil is solely for the purpose of getting the products you ordered to you.

returns

Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns as they cannot be resold due to safety and hygiene concerns. Please discuss your concerns with us; we may be able to help!

damaged & defective products

If an order is damaged during shipping you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the package and the damage must be verified by the carrier. We will not be responsible or accept any returns sent without prior authorization from us. Dot & Lil will not be liable for damages caused by the carrier. All of our orders are properly packaged when shipped to avoid damage. If you deem a product to be defective in some way, please notify us immediately upon receipt of the order. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, there is sometimes slight variation in the appearance or scent. These variations are not defects and will not be treated as such.
